When and how do I need to apply?
Application period means: During this period, you apply for your degree programme by submitting your application for admission online. To do so, upload all the necessary documents to u:space, the portal for studies at the University of Vienna, and pay the 50 Euro administration fee. You will then be able to take part in the written test.
You won't have have received your secondary-school leaving certificate by the application deadline? Don't worry, you can submit it later.

Which programmes does this deadline apply to?
This application period applies to all bachelor's and diploma programmes that require an entrance exam/aptitude test procedure. It also applies to the bachelor's programme in Sport and Human Movement Science and the teaching subject of Sports and Physical Education. Unless otherwise stated, the programmes listed here are taught in German.
